A New Beginning at NFLR

Over 2 years ago a runner I was coaching suggested that I combine my talents as a running coach with the power of the internet. The idea sounded exciting and my desire to help runners now had a greater outreach concept. I immediately thought of bringing in my daughter to help with the project as she had far more technical expertise than I. A simple website was developed by my mostly my daughter and “No Finish Line Running” was now available online. In two years’ time with the help of a great team, we have gone from that initial website to what we are rolling out today, a professionally designed and created website. What do you think? The goal was to design a professional running website that will bring runners together from the seacoast of New Hampshire to the hills of Alaska and beyond. Our dream is that runners everywhere and of all levels will come to www.nofinishlinerunning and utilize the site to empower themselves and become better runners. Whether its motivation, training plans or coaching we want this website to help you accomplish amazing things. That first year we tried various ideas out and learned much about developing a successful website. We did a lot of trial and error but we also solicited feedback from runners. Today is a giant step forward for NFLR and demonstrates the commitment we have to runners. What will be wonderful about our website is that we will continue to develop it with runners in mind. What you see today is only the beginning, as we move forward we will give new runners more tools and help more experienced runners improve. We will have interactive training logs, personalized running plans, strength training plans and more. Looking for more hands on; we will personalize your training whether a group or individual. The great thing about this website though is you can train with a professional running coach without needing to be at the same location! Having the resources and ability to work with someone many miles away is so awesome! At NFLR we are ready to go international! NFLR is more than just a virtual coaching website we will continue to provide hands on training around the seacoast of New Hampshire, working with groups, individuals and organizations. Being one of only three certified running coaches in New Hampshire is an awesome responsibility. The new website has been in the works for over 6 months now and we are eager to hear your thoughts.
