Wednesday morning coffee

Good morning! This morning is an early wakeup (4:40) so that I can meet a client at the track. I hope the sun comes up sooner than later! This past Monday and Tuesday my wife and I were down in Woburn Mass. at Small Business Association seminar. Our plan is to open a running center in North Carolina that will feature both a running store and a second No Finish Line Running business. New Hampshire will continue to maintain a NFLR presence so North Carolina will be an offshoot. Here in New Hampshire I am supported greatly by Runners Alley and the North Carolina offshoot will be a partnership with my wife's running specialty store. Pretty exciting to think about but the good people of North Carolina won't be seeing us until sometime in the next 18 months. My plan is to stay here into 2015 then maintain a presence in both states. While we were staying down in Woburn we found a beautiful running trail called the Minuteman Trail. This historical trail is 5 miles in length and covers many historical sites from Lexington to Concord. The trail was perfect for running with soft groomed surfaces and many nice little hills. If you are ever in the Concord-Lexington area make a point of bringing your running shoes. I had an email from my web guru letting me know that client pages are now ready to be rolled out on the website. I have been waiting for this for some time and I could not be more excited about it! Being able to stay tuned into my clients daily is going to only further benefit the personalized coaching we offer at NFLR. The ability to see your training plan on your own private page, update your log and communicate with us at NFLR is truly a huge step in personalized running. We will be offering some great winter deals that will help you stay motivated with your running and utilize this new feature. Stay tuned.... Have a great day and enjoy that coffee!
