Join NFLF at the Dover track to participate in interval workouts led by our certified running coaches to increase your fitness level. Whether you want increase your speed or just become a stronger runner this program will help you succeed. To see the benefits of your hard work, optionally participate on the NFLF team and run the Saunders 10k! Runners interested in this program should be able to comfortable run 5 miles at any pace prior to the start of the program.
