With two American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainers, NFLF combines education, experience and our love of helping all people, to provide professional strength & mobility personal training.

If you are seeking a personal trainer that will utilize the most current training methods and address your specific needs, NFLF is perfect for you. We use thought out exercises that build functional muscles for better movement, performance and improved body composition.

We are not a body building resource, but we have personal trainers that will help build muscle and increased mobility.

Our NFLF Fitness Center located on Dover Point Road provides the great setting to train in a comfortable and quiet setting. We also provide strength training plans that can be utilize independently.

Single session (1-hour) of personal training $50.00
4 one-hour sessions $125.00
9 one-hour sessions $250.00
* All sessions include a functional screening to determine weaknesses and limitations.
